La Jolla Cow Parade!

Okay, maybe I am a little late on the up-take here, but I just found the official La Jolla Twitter page! It is really cool because you get all the best La Jolla updates as they happen! I highly recommend it to everyone who is interested in visiting or who is currently in the area. Like did anyone know that one of our La Jolla fiberglass cows was returned just as mysteriously as it vanished? Read the article here!

I am a huge fan of the La Jolla Cows that roam the streets of La Jolla. They appeared all over La Jolla one day and they have been adding a little color and attitude to the city ever since. Most of the cows have been auctioned off to benefit local charities, so there are not as many cows as there used to be, but I can't think of a better way to give back to our community. Many local children love to go cow hunting in La Jolla and it is always a treat when a new cow moooves into the neighborhood. Here is a quick video that I found of the cows in La Jolla.

Colorful Findings

Yesterday I happened to find a really cool mural at the corner of Pearl and Eads! I love how beautiful La Jolla is! Check out the sunset in the background... yeah, it is January and it is roughly 75 degrees and sunny.
